Pull Apart Cheddar and Buffalo Dip Sliders

By Half Baked Harvest

I love how food bloggers on Instagram post food recipes. They do these cute looking videos that show you how to make the recipe, but they are quick. It’s awesome because, in 30 seconds, I can determine whether it’s something I want to attempt.

That’s what happened to me with this recipe. I saw it and instantly put it onto my meal plan for the week.

Monday nights are super busy for us. We have piano lessons, classes at church, and family over for dinner. I absolutely love it, but I do have to think ahead about dinner. I also do most of my computer work on Mondays, so I need easy peasy.

This was an easy recipe but also really really good. All my kids loved it and gobbled it up. I must say, I was a little nervous because it was spicy. I did leave the jalapenos out, knowing it would be too much for the kids.

Not only were the buns good that night, but they also reheated really well the next day for lunches.

So, no further rambling. Here is my favorite recipe of the month from Half Baked Harvest. I found it on her Instagram page and made modifications to fit my family.

Pull Apart Buffalo Chicken Cheddar Dip Sliders. super easy and freaking delicious
•1 cup cooked shredded chicken
•1/2 cup buffalo sauce
•1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
•2 teaspoons dried parsley
•1 teaspoon dried dill
•2 tablespoons chopped green onions
•1 package brioche dinner rolls
•1/2 cup ranch dressing
•2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
•2 tablespoons butter
•2 tablespoons chopped parsley
•1 clove garlic, grated

1. In a bowl, combine the chicken, buffalo sauce, cilantro, green onions, parsley, and dill.

2. Place the bottom half of the rolls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment. Top with ranch and buffalo chicken. Add the cheese. Place the top half of the roll over the cheese.

3. Mix the butter, parsley, and garlic. Spread the butter over the top of the rolls. Cover the rolls and bake 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Serve immediately.

Enjoy these for dinner, and let me know in the comments if you made them or have any other good slider recipes to share!!!
