DETAILS:
Price: $5.00 LB, hanging weight. This is the weight of the carcass after the hide, head, and some organs have been removed. The approximate weight per quarter is 150-200 lbs. Additional processing fees apply; processing averages a .70 lb, up to a $1.00 lb. Quarter beef's final cost will be approximately $900 to $1500.
Processing dates for 2024 are: Fall/Early Winter 2024

$300 Deposits are non-refundable and due at ordering. Final payment due at pick-up or delivery. Once your payment is received, we will communicate with you to give you a timeline for the pick-up/delivery of your meat and confirm instructions. Any CANCELATION must be done at least 30 prior to pick-up/delivery, deposits are non-refundable.
$10 delivery fee within 20 miles of farm, additional $1 a mile outside of 20 miles. If you are more than 30 miles, you must contact us to approve delivery. Pick-up is free from the processor.
